Fear DefinitionThis week’s show was about the emotion of fear and how to deal with it. We spoke about the fact that we believe it’s okay to feel fear, as sometimes it is a warning of a possible threat. And when we feel fear related to change and transformation, if we are to move forward, it is important to accept that we are fearful and use it as a springboard to move through the changes we face.
